How easy is it for you to sit, to stand, to walk?

I have been sharing the following quote in my yoga classes this week. Sadly, I have lost the attribution! But the sentiment expresses exactly what I feel to be the true and real benefits of practicing yoga:

Do not judge your progress in yoga by how much you can bend your back or how deep or how fancy a pose you can force yourself into. Rather, gauge the progress in your practice in terms of how much easier it is to sit, to stand, to walk with your back firmly and easily upright. Determine the true measure of your practice by the flow and ease that comes to your whole body and being. ~Anonymous

In all of my yoga classes, I offer a variety of practices aimed at helping you to explore the body and breath without judgement, without competition. These subtle inquiries invite a direct felt experience, so that you can discover your yoga practice as a living organic and soulful expression.

Enjoy this free gratitude yoga class to help you explore this space of flow and ease.
