A variety of classes to meet your needs
Yoga classes are 70 minutes, Meditation is 30-45 minutes
Rise and Shine is an engaging and vigorous practice of yoga postures, flowing movements, strength building techniques, breathwork, and meditation to energize, feel whole, and prepare you for the upcoming week.
✹Rise and Shine—Sunday 9 AM
✹Midday Booster—Tuesday 11
Midday Booster is enlivening practice of yoga postures, somatic movement, strength building practices, breathwork, and meditation to uplift your spirits, build energy, flexibility, and keep you focused.
✹Flow and Restore—Thursday 6-7 pm & live music!
Flow and Restore invites you to move the body and gently build strength, combined with a rejuvenating wind down of supportive postures to invite relaxation and mental ease. Classes always include breathwork and meditation. Flow and Restore also has live music with Angie’s husband Josh, and a closing chant.
✹New: Meditation & Mantra—Thursday 10 am
Reset your mind, and release stress. Meditation and Mantra are proven techniques to help build focus, clarity, and mental ease. This short weekly practice can be done online or in-person. Replays available for yoga members.
