This class will introduce Mantras (sacred sounds) and Mudras (sacred hand postures) to open and activate each of the Chakras in the body. Using breathing and movement techniques, along with meditation, we will encourage the flow of Prana (energy) through them.

Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.
