Mantras for the Body: Sacred Sounds Yoga

Sunday, November 22 at 2 pm.
Jai Studios, 1383 Route 44, Brownsville, VT. In person, online, and via replay.
I have taught this practice only to my 300-hour yoga students. Learn this rare sacred sound technique to deepen your yoga practice.
You will learn this ancient practice of sacred seed mantras that awaken the brain, help to tame our thoughts, and improve the flow of energy in the nervous system. You will leave with the support to build this into a regular practice.

Saturday, November 7: Brownsville Historical Society Art Opening. Save the date-More info TBA. Last year's show was beautiful and featured many local artists. The viewing is free and open to the public, with lots of yummy treats served!
Library Arts Gallery of Gifts: Newport, NH. Nov. 7 – Dec. 23, 2025. Opening Reception: Fri. Nov. 6th – 5-7 p.m. Show Hours: Tues.- Fri. 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.; Sat. 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Designed as a boutique-style shopping experience, Gallery of Gifts brings together approximately 100 artists and artisans each year, offering shoppers a wide variety of locally made, inspiring gifts.
Artist Pop-up at The Studio, Laconia, NH, Saturday, November 21, 10-4: Angie will be the featured pop-up artist at this beautiful Gift Boutique in downtown Laconia, NH. Downtown Laconia has some lovely shops. Come for the day and check out our Kirtan down the road that same day at Yoga From the Heart at 6 PM.
