Winter Solstice Yoga

Winter Solstice Yoga and Live Music, Monday, December 22, at 6 PM.
Included for Monthly Yoga Members. Counts as one class for pass holders.

The Winter Solstice is a time to renew, to remind ourselves of the need for both light and dark, and to tap into our inner reserves of creativity.
Experience the beauty of graceful movement, mantra, and meditation to celebrate the Winter Solstice.
We will offer sweet treats after.

New Years Day Yoga

Thursday, January 1, at 6 PM
Reset your body, mind, and spirit and focus with this New Year's Day Rejuvenating Flow Yoga Class.
We will have intention setting, opening mantras, breathwork, asana, meditation, and a deep rest, followed by closing songs and chants.
This class is included with a monthly yoga membership and a class pass (counts as one class).
You can also drop in for $25 HERE.
In-person and Online. The Zoom link arrives after signing up.
