Reiki Training with Angie
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves a practitioner channeling universal life force energy (Qi in Japanese) through their hands to the recipient's body to promote healing and well-being. Practitioners believe this energy can relieve stress, pain, and anxiety and support the body's natural healing processes. Reiki energy is often used in hospital settings to help cancer patients feel less stressed and more at ease.
Reiki offers many people relief from anxiety and depression, pain management, improved sleep, mindfulness, and fatigue reduction, among many other benefits.
Research suggests reiki may work for children, pregnant people, and people with cancer and has no known side effects. Reiki is a noninvasive complementary therapy that doesn't replace medical advice or treatment.

Reiki 1 Saturday, June 28–––– 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Reiki Level 1 is the foundational course in Reiki training, designed to introduce individuals to the principles and practice of Reiki. It focuses on basic Reiki techniques, including self-treatment and treatments for others. No Reiki symbols are introduced at this level, and students receive their first attunement and practice Reiki meditation and self-healing positions.

Reiki 2 Sunday, June 29––10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Reiki Level 2 is the second stage in Reiki training, building upon the foundation established in Level 1. It focuses on advanced techniques like distance healing and introduces three sacred Reiki symbols. This level equips practitioners with tools for more effective healing, including the ability to send Reiki to individuals at a distance and to work with past, present, and future energy.

Reiki 3 Saturday, August 9–––9:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Reiki III involves advanced attunements (energy transmissions), practice techniques, and the Reiki Master Symbol that enhances the practitioner's Reiki flow and teaching ability. Students learn how to use crystals in a grid healing method, expanded distance healing, and other attunement healing techniques to expand on in their Reiki Practice. Reiki 3 is mandatory for Reiki 4 Training.

Reiki 4 - Master Training––TWO DAYS, Sunday, August 10 & 17, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Reiki 4 Master Teacher is a two-day training. Reiki Level 4 training, also known as Reiki Master Teacher Training. Students will deepen their understanding and practice of Reiki, preparing them to teach others. This level involves learning how to perform attunements, teach Reiki levels, and master advanced techniques. This is a TWO DAY training: Sunday, August 10, and Sunday, August 17, 10:30-5:00 PM.

Angie studied Reiki with the Master Teacher and Reverand Trudi Denison in the Usui System of Reiki. Angie is a well-loved Vermont teacher of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki. She has led many Reiki Trainings and has been a Reiki Master Teacher for over 17 years.
