A combination of gentle practices and more invigorating flows to help you go within and access your creative potential. A perfect series for embarking on a new phase of life, new course of work, project, or any time you need to create the space for resetting your intentions.

57 minutes—Use this practice to get in touch with your intuition as you cultivate harmony with the five elements. Includes kangula mudra for intuition, physical postures such as core strengtheners, lunge poses, standing poses and backbends such as ustrasana--camel and dhanurasana--bow.

1 hour

Invite presence through your breath and through your movement. Asana offered to open the hips, and restorative posture to close out and balance the nervous system.

 

55 minutes, 16 seconds. A gentle and slow flow practice focusing on new beginnings and a new day, featuring Ushas mudra.

 

 55 minutes, 53 second. A slow and mindful practice for inner focus and full moon reflection. Can be practiced anytime you need to harness the potency of the moon. Includes Padma mudra, ardha chandrasana on the knees, seated postures, and viparita karani, legs up the wall.

 

1 hour, 7 minutes. A complete practice and journey through the Chakras to reset our creative, thinking mind. Includes Ushas mudra, "break of day" meditations.

1 hour, 4 minutes. A flowing practice for a full moon, or anytime you feel introspective. Includes Padma Mudra, Ardha Chandrasana, Lunges, and Nadi Shodhana.

 

19 minutes, 16 seconds. A brief practice to explore the experience of vidya, meaning “seeing clearly.” See and feel with your whole self, and improve your discernment in matters that seem unclear.

In this practice we will bring balance to the spinal muscles through twisting postures, seated twists, lunge twists, and twisting triangle pose. Includes Samvritti breath, and Karana mudra to bring clarity and focus to the mind.
