Winter Solstice Meditation

Find ease and allow your body and mind to deeply rest with this special Winter Solstice Meditation.

Come into a comfortable position on the floor.

You can use:

Bolster, pillows, blankets, eye pillow, sandbags, whatever you need to feel completely comfortable!

I like to support my legs. I place a blanket underneath me and one on top for warmth.

A sandbag on the ankles or on the belly can add extra grounding.

Optional:

Essential oils such as lavender, frankincense, and orange deepen your relaxation and connect with your inner spirit. Dab oils at pulse points, back of neck, or diffuse in your room.

Light a candle nearby to remind you of the growing light, and the light within.

This meditation is 16 minutes long. Enjoy!
