Inside your sessions…

We meet individually online or in person to identify where you want to go and build a plan to get you there.

We begin our journey together by identifying: What is working for you? What isn’t? What brings you joy? What is causing your blocks?

Then, we discuss your lifestyle goal or creative project idea and devise a simple and actionable plan to make that dream actually happen. What can you do today? Tomorrow? Next week? How do you stay accountable to your goals?

After each session, you receive a written follow up with actionable steps, along with course material to keep you on track. This will help you to stay organized, to stay focused, and to map your way forward.
