Become certified in Embodied Yogic Wisdom.

Join this five-part yoga workshop series covering the functional body systems of your Digestion and Gut, Respiration and Breath, Movement and Psoas, Alignment and Fascia, and Relaxation and Vagus Nerve through the lens of yoga philosophy and the Eight Limbs.

This is a workshop for:

  • The yoga practitioner and student who desires to learn much more about yoga, the body, and yoga philosophy

  • The yoga teacher who seeks to deepen their knowledge and practice so that they can more clearly communicate this information to their students in both class and workshop settings. Ten CE credits are available through Yoga Alliance.

By the end of this five-class series, you will master simple practices to stimulate and build awareness of these essential body systems, thereby improving and integrating daily well-being and health within the spiritual and philosophical context of yoga.

You will practice techniques to improve your basic breathing, support digestion, practice mindful eating, and soothe your nervous system through fascial release and gentle massage to enhance range of motion. This series will help you develop greater freedom, strength, perception, and awareness in your yoga practice and daily life.

You will also begin to distinguish among feeling, sensing, and perception as you learn to regulate the thoughts and reactions that arise in your body, breath, and mind. These practices will help you clarify and articulate your personal experience of being in your body and living more optimally.

This class will be offered both online and in-person, as you prefer.

PDF downloads of all class materials will be provided, along with video replays for personal download or later viewing.

A certificate will be provided to all attendees. Yoga Teachers—Ten CE credits available through Yoga Alliance.
