Qigong (Chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese moving meditation practice that boosts energy, relieves stress, and balances the emotional body. The practice is called the art of effortless movement because it is both gentle and vibrant, and available to anyone, regardless of fitness level.
With over 40 years of practice and study of Qigong and 25 years of Yoga training, Aaron Hoopes teaches a unique blend of focused breathing, flowing movement, and mindfulness that awakens the body, mind, and spirit.
Class will include a discussion on Qi, a full-body warm-up, simple forms (Zen Crane & The Longevity Cultivation), a Q&A session, and an introduction to Qigong for the Chakras.
